There are lots of great exercise videos in the market that offer expert training for those who need to burn some calories by doing aerobics. You can even do it in your living room or bedroom!
Try buying several DVDs that offer different exercises for variety. You can check out online stores or your local library.
2. Resistance Bands
If you do not have the money to buy your own set of free weights, resistance bands are affordable and simple to use alternatives that provide lots of workout options.
You can also take them with you anywhere because they are lightweight. Just chuck them in your carry-on bag when you travel and you are good to go. You do not have to feel uneasy about getting fit when you are on a vacation because you can take your workout equipment with you!
3. Kettlebell Workouts
Kettlebell workouts are a great way to do both cardio and strength training at the same time while burning an astonishing 400 calories in just 30 minutes.
